Computer opponent is rigged

I played 4 games against the computer and lost them all. The suspicious part is that the first two games, the computer picked my character at random out of 15+ characters. It only asked one question before "guessing" correctly.
The last two games, the computers first move was to make a guess and it got it right both times. Its obviously rigged.
